Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a Contact Centre

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to re-establish connections with past members or supporters
Manage sensitive calls with empathy and provide solutions that keep customers engaged
Retain and upgrade existing relationships through personalized offerings
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, always focusing on relationship-building
Represent the values and mission of our organization with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a contact centre role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage challenging calls with a calm, positive demeanor
Passion for working with purpose-driven organizations
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
