📋 What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the team with client renewals, administration, and sales support.
- Communicating with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Delivering professional, timely, and high-quality service at every interaction.
- Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate, efficient processes.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.

- Previous customer service experience (office-based, call centre, or client-facing).
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
