  • Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails

Your role in our Sales Team
As the first voice our future customers hear, your role is all about creating connection and building trust. You’ll guide people through our insurance products and help them choose the right cover — with genuine care and no pushy sales tactics.

  • Speak with customers over the phone to understand their needs and match them with the right policy
  • Work in a dynamic, supportive call centre with both in-office and work-from-home flexibility
  • Hit your personal KPIs while contributing to team success
  • Enjoy a rotating 8 hour, Mon-Fri, roster between 8am–8pm or 6am–6pm for early risers!


What you’ll bring
You don’t need insurance or call centre experience — just great people skills and the right attitude to become a sales person. We’ll teach you the rest.

  • Two weeks of in-depth, paid training (product knowledge + sales skills)
