Established in 1985, Central Earthmoving is a dynamic earthmoving and civil contractor, delivering civil construction, mining services, and land care projects throughout regional WA. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor, with Main Roads WA experience who has worked extensively with naturally occurring materials in remote areas.
Your professional day to day coordination of field teams, sub-contractors and all client and site requirements will showcase your leadership qualities, high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with all stakeholders on a major project.
You will be fully supported by an experienced leadership and field team who share your commitment to foster a culture of safety and professionalism.
This role is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum five years’ civil operations and road construction experience including reading plans, overseeing surveys, managing risk, variations and site HSEQ
- Remote Main Roads WA experience (essential)
- Demonstrated efficient management of resources
- Adherence to and accountability for compliance
- Be able to work autonomously as part of the team
- Demonstrate and drive HSEQ initiatives, policies and procedures
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to nurture effective client relationships
- Solid verbal & written communication
- Must be able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical including DAS
- Current Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
