We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a high-rise residential project 15 storeys in Inner City Brisbane commencing January 2026, two towers being built over 2 stages.

The Opportunity

Take the reins on this high-rise residential project, two towers comprising of 150 units in Windsor, built across two stages. This is your chance to make an impact on a significant project while shaping your role within a respected Builder.

What we need

We’re seeking a proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing and organising trades and subcontractors, safety compliance, scheduling, and liaising with all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for a high-rise residential development.

• Lead daily planning and coordination on site.

• Provide clear direction and leadership to all trades, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Manage project timelines, and sequencing to main a controlled construction program.

• Ensure program delivery, safety compliance, and site quality standards.

• Resolve site issues promptly to maintain productivity and workflow.

• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports.

Requirements/About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in high rise residential sector.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and WHS standards.

• Contractor management skills, confident leading teams, managing trades and maintaining programs.

• Trade qualification or relevant building/construction certification.

• Construction White Card and relevant safety certifications.
