The Role
We are looking for a project manager with successful extensive experience working on high volume. fast paced, and dynamic programs & projects for corporate clients.
If you have a strong mind for dates, deadlines, lead-times, dependencies, managing and processing data & information, doing things right the first time, problem solving, identifying risks and risk management, developing relationships, and a natural ability for strong planning and executions, then this role is for you!
You must be capable of efficiently managing large volumes of dynamic information and multiple project changes required by the client, while planning and managing multiple programs and projects from beginning to end, on time and within budget.

Signage experience will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Take full responsibility and ownership for large, fast turnaround signage programs for predominantly national corporate clients, applying engineering principles to ensure seamless, trouble-free execution.
Coordinate and optimise manufacturing processes and systems, including the planning, scheduling, and refining of production workflows, using applied engineering technologies to develop and supply bespoke signage solutions within strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
Deliver exceptional customer service by integrating technical knowledge with project delivery, and build strong working relationships, trust, clear processes, accountabilities, and teamwork with clients to ensure large-scale, dynamic, fast turnaround national programs are delivered successfully.
Work individually or collaboratively with other department managers and staff—including providing technical direction to junior staff where necessary—to support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering-driven business objectives.
Undertake site visits, conduct technical evaluations and quality assurance checks, and resolve complex production and installation issues through engineering-based troubleshooting.
Display comprehensive understanding of the full signage production process, and take ownership of reviewing, overseeing, and coordinating engineering and construction drawings and plans for each project, including obtaining necessary technical approvals from clients.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, design changes, quality reports, and compliance records in line with engineering and regulatory standards.
Build long-term strategic relationships with new and existing corporate clients by providing reliable, technically sound solutions that meet their visual and structural signage needs.
Serve as the trusted signage advisor and go-to technical partner, offering solutions that combine aesthetic, structural, and engineering requirements to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2~3 years experience as a Project Manager
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Engineering
Signage experience is an advantage and is highly desirable
Quick learner
Must have excellent, high volume, information and data processing and management skills in Excel and other Office Software
Excellent systems & administration management skills & discipline
Proficient computer skills to manage work scheduling and material ordering
Project planning and execution experience using Gantt charting, preferably Microsoft Project
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
High level of accuracy while managing changing project requirements
Demonstrated strong business acumen and financial knowledge to independently manage jobs within budgets and on time
Ability to work to strict budgets, and negotiate and problem solve to stay within budgets
Demonstrated exceptional customer service while delivering successful outcomes

Maritime Constructions is a marine contractor, uniquely capable of self-performing the full spectrum of specialised engineering disciplines to deliver complex near-shore marine infrastructure projects from design and construction through to commissioning. Projects include jetties, wharves, bulk loading facilities, dredging, reclamation, navigation aids, marinas, underwater pipelines.
About the Role
Are you an experienced ADAS-qualified diver seeking a rewarding role? Join Maritime Constructions within our diving division as a Commercial Diver.
As an integral dive team member, you will ensure high safety standards and compliance with legislative requirements and policies, maintain best practices in all dive operations and contribute to successfully delivering our projects here and around Australia.
We have multiple roles available full-time and casual and are open to all experience levels. All roles will be based out of our Largs North Diving base and will require travel to regional areas as projects dictate.
Pay rates
Base rate of $53.82 per hour (full-time) & $60 per hour (casual), commensurate with experience, plus allowances and overtime.
Pay rates are as per the Industrial Divers Award [first 8 hours - standard rate, 8-10 hours - 150%, and over 10 hours - 200%]. Expect 10 hour days, with additional allowances for site work, meals, and overnight stays, as stipulated in the award.
About you
You are an excellent communicator who can build positive working relationships with a diverse team.
You can make sound decisions with proven experience in meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
You can undertake the physically demanding requirements of these roles safely.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be running a team of 3 Supervisor Estimators, as well as managing your own portfolio of projects in the Rockhampton area.
This includes assessing, estimating and supervising for residential insurance repair building projects. The work is predominantly BAU and event work.
There is 1 day per week based out of the office, and the rest of the week is on-the-road/site-based.
Insurance repairs is characteristically fast paced and demanding, however their team is very well-staffed, ensuring ample support.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Starting salary $120,000 - $135,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle (insurance industry experience dependent).
ABOUT YOU
Prior Supervising and Estimating experience within the insurance repair building industry preferred.
Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory - we are happy to consider applicants looking to take the next step in their career.
QBCC Supervisor's License mandatory (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of starting the position)
Open to applicants with residential, strata or maintenance and repair backgrounds.
Computer confident.
Trade Certificate preferred (Carpentry preferred)
Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
Current drivers license.

Attend sites across Coffs Harbour and surrounding area's
Manage customers expectations and provide regular updates to insurer and clients
Manage multiple projects at any given time
Liaise with loss adjusters and insurance contacts
Schedule and manage trades
Manage repair budgets and adhere to client KPI's
Complete all WHS required – including risk assessments and SWMS when required
Attend emergency make safe jobs and be a part of the AIB after hours on-call roster
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 5 years' building experience
Minimum 1+ years' insurance industry experience required
Positive outlook and work well in a team environment
Relevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry License preferred
