- Specialises in luxury residential builds, landscaping and architectural design projects on the Northern Beaches

- Leading site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship safely and efficiently
- Managing project budgets, timelines and reporting on variations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinating apprentices and tradespeople, ensuring quality and safety practices
- Organising supplier bookings, material orders and purchase orders
- Tracking task progress, defects and communicating updates to the Project Manager and clients
- Contributing to site meetings and continuous improvement of processes
- Promoting the business positively and building new client relationships
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ building experience, preferably in high-end residential or landscaping projects
- Certificate IV trade qualification or equivalent
- Experience managing, leading and mentoring site teams
- White Card and thorough knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and site administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
