Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics management and offer the supply team general assistance, such as scheduling transportation and placing supply orders.
Create, save, and keep up-to-date purchase orders, invoices, and shipment and delivery paperwork.
Organize shipment tracking and scheduling, collaborating with shipping companies to guarantee on-time delivery.
To address logistics concerns, serve as a communication center for internal teams, manufacturers, external suppliers, and clients.
To assist operational needs, help with order processing and inventory monitoring.
The Successful candidate will:
Have experience using Excel
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the warehouse and customer service sides of operations, from receiving and dispatching stock to assisting customers and ensuring a smooth daily workflow.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading daily warehouse operations and supporting a small team
Completing cycle counts and leading full stocktakes
Receiving stock and auditing all inbound packing slips
Inputting stock and balancing orders and invoices in SAP
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
Managing backorders and purchasing packaging materials
Reviewing and updating warehouse procedures and planograms
Providing customer service support, including phone and email communication
Ensuring warehouse cleanliness and TGA-compliant product labelling
What you’ll need:
SAP experience (essential)
Forklift and/or walkie licence
