Key Responsibilities
Keep track of, document, and balance inventory
Perform stocktakes and cycle counts; look into and address any inconsistencies.
Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times
Keeping track of and updating inventory and product records
Maintain the integrity of logistics data and provide precise export/import paperwork.
Evaluate procedures, spot inefficiencies, and promote ongoing development.
The successful candidate will have
Experience using Excel & Warehouse Management Systems
2 years experience in a logistics Inventory Controller role
Must be available Monday - Friday Start and finish time between 6am - 6pm (8 Hour Shifts)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Implementation Officers to serve as the second-in-command (2IC) to the Garage Manager at our 22–24-hour heavy vehicle bus garages in Garden City, Carina and Willawong.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage HR responsibilities. This role is crucial for supporting the Garage Manager and technical trade staff, ensuring their success while fostering a positive, productive, and Zero Harm work environment.
This is a technical leadership role with minimal "hands-on tools" tasks, where you will lead and manage a team of mechanics, apprentices, coach builders, and auto electricians.

About the Role

As part of this key leadership position, you will oversee the daily running of our cold storage facility, ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of products.
