About the role
Naturatech Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Production Operator / Process Worker to join our team in Warriewood, NSW. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.
What you'll be doing
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to manufacture our products to the highest standards
Perform hands-on assembly and processing tasks as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the production process
Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in the production line
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Ability to follow GMP documentation and processes
Ability to work in a Clean Room environment
Follow instructions and production deadlines
High level accuracy and attention to detail
Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously
Reliability and punctuality
Strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Physically fit and able to do manual handling with some heavy lifting (10 – 20 kg max)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have the right to work in Australia
