The Senior Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager and In-House Trades to delivery hard and soft services as well as compliance obligations across 7 venues.
Responsibilities included:
Operational and Administration support to the Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities Management Team
Ownership of all Contractor Management documentation
Coordination of Preventative and Corrective maintenance for Food and Beverage equipment
Administration of all Contractor Management documentation including Public Liability Insurance, Workers’ comp, SWMS etc. ensuring this is reviewed regularly and contractors as contacted to renew as required
Administration support for the FM team including access control approvals and booking in contractors
Coordination of responsible disciplines and certifications and associated budgets
Minor project coordination – carpet replacements, minor fit outs/upgrades, catering equipment upgrades/replacements etc.
Conduct regular venue inspections to ensure high levels of venue presentation are achieved and taking note of minor R&M and aesthetics improvements
Fire panel isolation and deisolation operations as required
Facilitate escorts and access for relevant sub-contractors
Building Management and Access control administration management
Assist the Facilities Manager in base building management, contract management, project delivery and various ad-hoc tasks
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in facilities or property management, particularly in the hospitality or club environment
Experience working in a kitchen or coordinating repairs to catering equipment – highly desirable
Attention to detail and high competency in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated organisational skills and experience in a live environment
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
Demonstrated experience in contractor management, particularly from a compliance and OH&S perspective

We are currently recruiting for an Operator Maintainer (Electrical) position to be based at the Pine Creek Power Station in Northern Territory. This is a Drive In Drive Out position based out of Darwin. The roster will be 8 days on 6 days off. The position will report to the NT Operations Supervisor.
This position will also be required to provide support to McArthur River Mine Power Station and Jabiru Hybrid Power Station.
EDL owns and operates a 28 MW CCGT power station at Pine Creek. The facility consists of 2 x Solar Mars Gas Turbines, 2 x Once Through Steam Generators and 1 x Peter Brotherhood Steam Turbine. The 24 hour operation is located approximately 225 km South East of Darwin.
In this role, the successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties, but not limited to:
- Operating and maintaining gas fired and steam power generation equipment.
- Operating and maintaining High and Low Voltage power systems.
- Perform regular inspection and maintenance of above equipment to a high standard.
- Operating and monitoring instrumentation and process control systems.
- Monitor the power station process to ensure optimum output and security of supply.
Must have requirements of role:
- NT electrical licence
- HV switching qualifications
- Power station experience
- Must live in Darwin or surrounding suburbs
- High safety values
- Current drivers licence
Desirable requirements for the position include:
- Advanced boiler ticket
- Steam Turbine Operators ticket

The Manager, Property and Contracts provides leadership and strategic oversight of the Society’s asset portfolio, including property, fleet, and machinery. Alcoa is seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead and deliver strategic tailings and residue planning and operational support across our Wagerup and Pinjarra refineries. Based at our Pinjarra office, this high-impact role offers strategic visibility and leadership within the tailings area, driving performance and accountability while elevating its operational profile. Reporting to the Operations Manager (Pinjarra Refinery), with a dotted line to Wagerup’s Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging short- and medium-term residue planning, navigating complex challenges, and aligning operational and capital project goals to ensure resilient and sustainable tailings management.
In this role, you will:
Be accountable for the development, quality, and delivery of short-term improvement plans and the 5-year site Residue Plan in line with site Master Plans.
Manage a team of Geotechnical and Civil Engineers.
Lead, develop, and deliver the high-level 5-year Residue Plan, including approvals, deposition, and remediation.
Ensure milestones and deadlines are met on the 5-year Residue Plans.
Align the 5-year plan with the Master Plan and current state of residue.
Develop short-term plans to ensure compliance with GISTM and REX processes, including resourcing and financial approvals.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and scenario analyses to senior leadership.
Engage with external stakeholders including regulators, community groups, and joint venture partners.

What you can bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology/Geotechnical, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering (depending on residue management focus).
Minimum 8 years of mining or residue experience.
