Bankstown Sports Club are currently seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the Team! The Senior Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager and In-House Trades to delivery hard and soft services as well as compliance obligations across 7 venues.
Responsibilities included:
Operational and Administration support to the Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities Management Team
Ownership of all Contractor Management documentation
Coordination of Preventative and Corrective maintenance for Food and Beverage equipment
Administration of all Contractor Management documentation including Public Liability Insurance, Workers’ comp, SWMS etc. ensuring this is reviewed regularly and contractors as contacted to renew as required
Administration support for the FM team including access control approvals and booking in contractors
Coordination of responsible disciplines and certifications and associated budgets
Minor project coordination – carpet replacements, minor fit outs/upgrades, catering equipment upgrades/replacements etc.
Conduct regular venue inspections to ensure high levels of venue presentation are achieved and taking note of minor R&M and aesthetics improvements
Fire panel isolation and deisolation operations as required
Facilitate escorts and access for relevant sub-contractors
Building Management and Access control administration management
Assist the Facilities Manager in base building management, contract management, project delivery and various ad-hoc tasks
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in facilities or property management, particularly in the hospitality or club environment
Experience working in a kitchen or coordinating repairs to catering equipment – highly desirable
Attention to detail and high competency in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated organisational skills and experience in a live environment
Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
Demonstrated experience in contractor management, particularly from a compliance and OH&S perspective
Experience coordinating minor projects involving multiple stakeholders
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible conduct of Gambling Competencies (or willing to obtain
