Help communities thrive, every day, in every building.

  • Build trusted client relationships and shape communities
  • Enjoy flexibility, growth, and belonging in a collaborative branch team
  • Autonomy, challenge, and variety across a diverse portfolio

As part of one of Australia’s largest strata management companies, we provide competitive remuneration and stability in a growing industry.

The impact you’ll have:

Based at our NSW Strata Branch in Norwest, you’ll be part of a team that delivers local expertise backed by national strength. Strata Managers are the trusted face of our service, guiding committees and property owners to make confident, compliant decisions. You’ll balance client relationships, financial oversight, and legislative precision to ensure each building in your portfolio runs smoothly and within strata legislation.

With thousands of Australians living in strata properties, your work directly improves how people live together, making this a role with real community impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and trusted advice.
  • Support the Chairperson with annual and committee meetings, ensuring accurate, compliant decision-making.
  • Interpret and apply strata legislation to guide clients with confidence.
  • Prepare budgets, review financials, and support transparent reporting.
  • Coordinate maintenance, insurance renewals, and contractor works.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, on-time service across your portfolio.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven relationship management skills: Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of strata or property legislation, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills: Balancing competing deadlines and statutory timeframes.
  • Financial acumen: Able to interpret and explain budgets and reports.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Calm under pressure, focused on solutions, not blame.
  • Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Prior experience in strata, property, insurance, or similar client-facing professional service.

What’s in it for you:

  • Growth: Ongoing training and career pathways
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work options and tools to manage your schedule effectively.
  • Challenge: Varied portfolio work where no two days are the same.
  • Belonging: Join a collaborative branch that supports one another.
  • Giving Back: Help communities with the work you do and participate in our giving back programs.
  • PICA Perks: Employee discounts and wellbeing programs that support life inside and outside of work.
