Crushing Superintendent
An established, ISO-accredited mining contractor is seeking an experienced and results-driven Crushing Superintendent to lead the safe, efficient and cost-disciplined delivery of a major WA crushing operation.
This role will appeal to a leader who understands Tier 1 expectations, delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.
About the Role
You'll be fully responsible for project delivery across crushing, screening, and related works. You’ll oversee people, production, maintenance, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring strict adherence to ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 standards. Your leadership will establish the tone for safety, structure, and communication on site, making sure every crew and contractor operates according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel to achieve safety and production targets
Oversee HSEQ, cost, performance, labour, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure all risk assessments, inspections, and safety consultations are completed, recorded and actioned in the safety management software in line with ISO and company requirements
Plan and coordinate maintenance, shutdowns and wear-component forecasting
Produce accurate production and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders
Maintain compliance with statutory, contractual and Integrated Management System obligations
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through data and disciplined planning
Build a high-performance, safety-focused culture across all levels of the workforce
About You
Minimum 10 years’ mineral-processing experience within fixed-plant or project environments
Proven success as a Crushing, Production or Project Superintendent (Min 5 years experience)
Cert IV in Leadership (or equivalent) and S26/S44 certification
Strong commercial and reporting skills
Solid technical understanding of crushing-plant performance, maintenance and optimisation
Demonstrated ability to build and lead cohesive, accountable teams
Current C Class Driver’s Licence and ability to meet medical / D&A requirements
Proficient in MS Office

What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Dozer Push Operator within the Production Department on a coal mine near Blackwater. You will be operating CAT D10 & D11 Dozers do to bulk push operations on site. You will be working a 5/4 lifestyle roster working 12.5 hour shifts. These roles are open to residential (Blackwater region), BIBO (Rockhampton) and DIDO candidates.

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of condition monitoring programs for a range of industrial equipment. You will leverage your expertise to help our clients enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Analysis: Implement and manage condition monitoring programs using techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, acoustic analysis, oil analysis, laser shaft alignment and balancing.
Diagnostic Expertise: Analyse data to identify anomalies, diagnose equipment issues, and provide actionable insights for maintenance and repair.
Reporting: Create comprehensive reports detailing condition assessments, recommendations, and the impact of suggested improvements on equipment performance and reliability.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure successful implementation of monitoring solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience performing thermography, laser shaft alignment and balancing
Fly in fly out (FIFO) experience is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to company growth, Mammoet are on the hunt for seasoned Heavy Haulage Truck Drivers to join the Port Hedland Transport team travelling to sites across the Pilbara region.
Our truck drivers are the ones who keep projects moving. Making good use of your logistics skills, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring things run to schedule. That long, challenging routes are safely negotiated and that cargo arrives on site when is it needed.
You'll be working with some fantastic equipment, including a range of new state-of-the-art prime movers, trailers and platforms. Become apart of a dedicated Transport team who are focused on teamwork and success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Taking responsibility for executing route plans and schedules
Line haul trips to all WA Regions
Transporting various oversize, over wide and high loads
Heavy cargo moves onsite
Drive semi-trailers, drop decks, extendable trailers and low loaders
Performing periodic preventative and routine minor maintenance, inc greasing and flat tire changes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience with 100t-200t floats
Experience with low loaders 50t to 100t
Evidence of experience in a similar role ideally within any of the following sectors: Civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
Preferred experience with platform/modular trailers
Excellent load restraint understanding and skills
MC Driver's License minimum
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings/sketches
Construction White Card
Heavy Haulage experience
Flexibility in working Day and Nightshift

We are looking for an Operations Centre (OC) Smelting Analyst - Aluminium Reduction who will continuously monitor and support our Aluminium smelters within the Rio Tinto Pacific region.
The role will ensure rapid and standardized support to manage process deviations and maintain operational stability of each PacOps Smelter. This will be achieved through a suite of systems and processes, including the Vigie software that enables analysis of process data to generate smart alarms and escalations.
This position is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of the OC team that has a strong safety, operational and problem-solving focus. You will work a 12.5hr day/night 4, 5, 5 shift roster in the Brisbane CBD and report to the Operations Centre Superintendent - Smelting. You will have the following responsibilities:
