About the role
Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Rogers Estate Agents' as a Business Development Manager. Based in our Oxenford QLD 4210 office, this is a full-time role that will see you playing a key part in the growth and development of our residential leasing and property management services across the region.
What you'll be doing
Identify and foster new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to secure new landlord and property management clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property management
Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge, best practices and drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the achievement of key business KPIs and growth targets
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar business development or sales role within the residential property management industry
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing a portfolio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Real Estate or a related field would be an advantage
