Turtle Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Letting and Administration Coordinator that knows what it takes to provide and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly, courteous, and organised service. The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination of all owner services tasks and support letting pool retention in various capacities.
Duties include:
Conduct end-to-end letting requirements, ensuring all internal and legislative requirements are met.
Maintain positive relations with owners, providing support where required.
Liaise with other departments (i.e. maintenance/housekeeping) to ensure all required tasks are completed.
Liaise with the Body Corporate regarding unit owner matters, as required.
Manage all insurance claims for all units who have their policy through the Resort.
Complete any other tasks within your skills and capabilities, as reasonably required.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with internal policy and legislation.
Preparing reports for management, usually at the end of month.
This role is a Part-Time position. A Full-Time position is available for applicants performing the following additional duties. Experience not mandatory, training to be provided:
Weekly payroll processing.
Accounts administration support (incl. annual leave cover).
Personal Specifications:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
Must have efficient understanding of RTA and REIQ legislation/best practice guidelines, etc.
Residential Letting Agent Licence advantageous.
Proficient with Microsoft Programs and Property Management Systems (REI Master experience advantageous).
Well presented; exceptional written and verbal communication.
Work autonomously without supervision and in a team environment.
