About the Role
- Manage a well-maintained Inner City portfolio of 190 properties
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination
- Conduct inspections and ensure full legislative compliance
- Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants
- Resolve issues efficiently with strong support from admin, accounts, and junior staff
About You
- A current Real Estate License, reliable car + valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional, client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
