Our client is a modern agency based in Sydney's inner city suburbs with expertise across all facets of Property Management. As part of a successful office, you will be a dynamic and motivated Property Manager looking for a stable, long term role within property management working with a team of supportive and experienced Property Management super stars!
As the Property Manager you will manage a tidy and modest sized portfolio, with No leasing, routines or accounts!!!
Working within a family orientated office, you will work autonomously. This is a business with a close knit, family feel where everyone works as a team.
As the Property Manager your duties will be:

- All facets of full portfolio management, entries, exits, landlord and tenant liaison with an Assistant in place
- Nurturing a clean and tidy portfolio
- No leasing!
- No routines!
- No accounts!
- Virtual Assistants in place to support you
- Monday to Friday
- A supportive and sociable team environment.

- Use of a company car during work for appointments - however majority of your portfolio will be within walking distance of the office
