What you’ll be doing:
- End-to-end management of a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals
- Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Is proactive, organised, and adaptable
- Communicates clearly and builds rapport with ease
- Thrives in a team that supports one another
