Purpose:
To provide administrative support for the procurement department through forecasting, inventory monitoring and ordering to ensure that the company has the necessary stock levels. To raise purchase orders and manage procurement records.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Stock Maintenance:

  • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained by monitoring sales data and identifying purchasing needs. 

  • Raise purchase orders with suppliers. 

  • Record and maintain accuracy of backorders

  • Check and update listing prices.

  • Update and maintain WMS for all purchase orders and shipments.

Product Acquisition:
