About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the Boondall team and drive performance across all areas of the business. You will oversee retail operations, sales and service, as well as play a key role in developing new commercial opportunities. This role requires an autonomous leader who thrives on taking ownership and setting the standard for customer experience and team results.
Skills and Experience
- Proven retail management experience with strong leadership ability
- Skilled in managing diverse product categories and driving sales performance
- Strong operational background including stock control, rostering and merchandising
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and grow new opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to lead from the front
