Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.

As Team Member you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and assist customers with their recycling bottles & cans to ensure a positive experience and encourage return visits

• Maintain general housekeeping standards across all areas of the depot, both front and back of house

• Machine operating and sorting through containers and bags

• Safely perform manual handling and sort recyclable materials into correct categories

• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring the daily cash float is balanced

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures, promptly reporting any hazards, faults, or risks

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction

About you:

• Previous relevant experience in retail, customer service, warehouse, hospitality, or similar working environments, will be highly advantageous

• You maintain a moderate level of fitness, as the role involves active engagement with customers and regular manual handling tasks

• Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life

• Current drivers license and reliable transport

• You bring a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction
