About the Role
We currently have multiple Sales Consultant opportunities across our retail sites in Penrith, Parramatta, Greystanes, Castle Hill, Narellan, and Artarmon.
Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager and based at our retail sites, the Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. Representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton – a global leader in commercial vehicles now making its mark in Australia – you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence. You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups

About You

You will also bring:
Experience selling Utes and Trucks,and an understanding of customer needs in this segment is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with commercial buyers and customers who enjoy active, outdoor lifestyles such as camping, boating, fishing or off-roading
Experience in retail or trade-focused industries such as automotive parts and accessories, tools and equipment, outdoor and leisure, or hardware.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As Team Member you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome and assist customers with their recycling bottles & cans to ensure a positive experience and encourage return visits
Maintain general housekeeping standards across all areas of the depot, both front and back of house
Machine operating and sorting through containers and bags
Safely perform manual handling and sort recyclable materials into correct categories
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring the daily cash float is balanced

About you:

If you have experience in a floristry and/or homewares department, along with strong leadership skills (or driven to learn) and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
You will need:
Excellent communication and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement
