As a Eureka Furniture Store Leader, you will lead a team of highly driven and capable teammates to be customer and sales focused. You will be driven to support and upskill your team through training, motivation, and leading by example to achieve set KPIs.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Dubbo retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Store Leader will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring the store operates within financial guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulation
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting principles
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
