We are looking for a dedicated Wastewater Service Technician to join our team in Gympie, Queensland. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining wastewater treatment systems, including pumps, pipes, and related equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues, and collect and test wastewater samples to ensure compliance. The role involves responding to service calls and emergencies, including after-hours support, while maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections. A key part of this position is communicating effectively with customers, clients, and team members, providing updates, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally. You will adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards and Queensland environmental regulations, working collaboratively in a team environment. The role may involve physically demanding tasks in varying conditions

Candidates must hold a Restricted Drainer’s Licence (Queensland), a valid Australian Manual Car Licence, a clear National Police Check, and a Construction Induction Card (White Card). Strong communication skills with a proven ability to interact professionally with customers and clients are essential. We also may consider training for the right person, this person would preferably have previous experience in a similar role.

About the role

Due to continued expansion Space Cooling PTY LTD are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for a wide range of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including chillers, cold rooms, freezers, split system package systems, DX plant, and Chillers.

  2. Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing on refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

  3. Install new refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards

  4. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used

  5. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

  2. Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Refrigeration Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex refrigeration systems

  4. Extensive knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC principles, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards

  5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively

  6. A valid driver's license

  7. A valid restricted Electrical license

  8. A valid ARCTIC license

Billet Engineering is seeking a reliable and hardworking Trade Assistant / Yard Person to join the workshop team in Kalgoorlie. This is a hands-on role supporting our workshop and yard operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, and being part of a dynamic engineering environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Assist tradespeople with general workshop duties
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (training provided if required)
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and workshop area
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and equipment preparation

Trade Assistant / Yard Person

Seeking either 4th year or lic plumber to join our small team based in a static site in Southport.

You must hold a QLD restricted plumbing licence or registered 4th year apprentice.

Duties will include preventative maintanence, emergency maintanence and project commercial works. This may include from time to time unrelated plumbing works.

A minimum of 6 months commercial plumbing experience is required (apprenticeship experience accepted)

Need a social, polite and presentable employee as this will be a big part of the day to day works.

Flexible to all employment requirements regarding times or days and also hourly rates and allowances.

Looking for either an immediate start or early November.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

You must have your own reliable transport (transport not needed for day to day works) and full set of plumbing tools.
