About the Role

You’ll work across a wide range of marine and composite projects from classic timber boats to modern fibreglass vessels. This includes:

·  Fibreglass and composite repairs and layups

·  Timber and structural rebuilds

·  Gelcoat, fairing, and refinishing

·  Custom fit outs and fabrication

·  Assisting in new builds and composite product development

·  Paint repairs to complete resprays

·  System installations

·  Anything else in between

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that values skill, care, quality, and initiative.

What We Need From You

·  Trade-qualified in Boatbuilding/Shipwright/Composite Fabrication (or experienced equivalent)

·  Solid experience with fibreglass or timber work

·  Care about detail, finish quality, and getting the job right

·  Work well independently and in a team

·  Pride in workmanship and reliability

·  Positive, enthusiastic, ‘glass half full’ attitude
