About the Role
The HR Reporting and Payroll Officer is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee data, and delivering HR reports that support strategic decision-making. The role ensures compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls, provides timely HR analytics, and supports both internal and external audits. Responsibilities include calculating and processing payroll transactions, analysing data for anomalies, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects that require data analysis and reporting. The position also involves developing HR dashboards, providing data insights for workforce planning, and training HR staff on reporting tools.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate brings training or qualifications in HR, Payroll, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with experience in payroll processing and HR reporting.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner with drive & direction, to support the operational GMs of this diverse division. Working within the finance team but supporting non finance stakeholders, you will be sharp, outgoing, focused on future uplift.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preparation of regional business unit reporting;
Ongoing analysis of BU’s financial performance, including tracking to budget and prior year;
Partner with the operations team and provide value-adding, data-driven insights on operating performance and potential savings or other business improvements;
Work closely with regional managers to analyse, understand and explain monthly financial results and assist with their reporting;
Supporting commercial decisions through provision of financial scenario analysis/modelling (feasibilities);
Review work papers, journals and reports prepared by accounting team members;
Drive and assist with various projects in relation to Finance process improvement initiatives;
Assist with implementing and ongoing management of new software to improve speed and accuracy of financial reporting, forecasting and treasury reporting;
Assist with the year‐end audit and taxation compliance including working with external auditors;
About You:
You will be a CPA/ CA qualified, ideally with experience in health services or FMCG, strong decision-making skills, good range of technical capability around budgeting, analysis and reporting, nature ability to connect with stakeholders and influence decision making.
