• Strong cooking fundamentals and a genuine love of quality produce
• Calm, organised and positive leadership style
• Ability to run a busy service confidently and consistently
• Excellent communication and team-first attitude
• Passion for seasonal food, refinement and European-influenced cuisine
• Reliability, professionalism and a genuine desire to grow within the business
Why Join Us
• Beautiful, newly built bistro in the Bayside area
• Supportive owners and a respectful, positive culture
• Work with quality produce and a menu that values skill and creativity
• Opportunities to contribute to menu direction
• A team that values warmth, professionalism and growth
• Competitive salary and the opportunity for long-term development as we expand
From the owners…
We’re a small team who genuinely love this industry and care deeply about creating something special for our Bayside community. If you’re passionate about great food, warm hospitality and being part of a venue that’s building something meaningful, we’d love to meet you.
