About the Role
The HR Reporting and Payroll Officer is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for managing accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee data, and delivering HR reports that support strategic decision-making. The role ensures compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls, provides timely HR analytics, and supports both internal and external audits. Responsibilities include calculating and processing payroll transactions, analysing data for anomalies, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects that require data analysis and reporting. The position also involves developing HR dashboards, providing data insights for workforce planning, and training HR staff on reporting tools.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate brings training or qualifications in HR, Payroll, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with experience in payroll processing and HR reporting.
