Solution Integration Engineer

We are seeking a mid-level Integration Engineer to support the onsite deployment, integration, and validation of the company’s Broadcast Message Center (BMC) application.
The Integration Engineer will be responsible for executing testing activities, collaborating closely with both onsite and offshore teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of the BMC solution to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and integrate the BMC application in the target network environment
• Perform end-to-end validation and functional testing aligned with project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Domain, Market Services, and ICS teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and coordinate resolution with the offshore delivery team
• Participate in test case execution, issue replication, and documentation of results
• Maintain and update deployment/configuration artifacts and support production readiness
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and the customer, ensuring alignment and clarity on technical deliverables

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Integration Engineer, specializing in Telecom application integration and end-to-end testing
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms (preferably BMC or Cell Broadcast systems)
• Local Australian Experience working with large telecoms company
• Familiarity with IP networks, Linux environments, and basic scripting.
• Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

The Role
