The Role
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll deliver a mix of remote and on-site project work for clients across Perth. You’ll be a key technical contact, responsible for solution implementation, troubleshooting, and project delivery across a range of systems and technologies. This is a 100% project-based role.

As a Project Engineer, you will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues. You’ll be confident managing system configurations, implementing infrastructure solutions, and supporting cloud and on-premises environments.

Project work includes:
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem – Intune, MDM, Endpoint Management, Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory
- Networking & Routing – Fortinet focus
- Server & Virtualisation – vSphere and Hyper-V
As a Project Engineer, you will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues. You’ll be confident managing system configurations, implementing infrastructure solutions, and supporting cloud and on-premises environments.
Key skills and experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IT support or project engineering role (MSP experience highly desirable)
- Strong desire to work on projects full-time (100%)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD)
- Experience with networking/firewalls (Fortinet), virtualisation, backup and recovery solutions, and familiarity with 3CX
- Current C-class driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
