We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team supporting complex Defence projects. You will work within established engineering management frameworks to ensure effective sustainment and delivery of capability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Engineering Management Plans (EMP) and related artefacts.
Execute engineering plans aligned with schedules, agreements, and contractual obligations.
Manage configuration baselines, technical data, and system safety processes.
Review and assure deliverables for compliance, safety, and fitness for purpose.
Engage with stakeholders on change boards and system reviews.
Plan for obsolescence, growth, and disaster recovery scenarios.
Interface with other capability systems and adjust plans to evolving requirements.
Skills & Experience
Strong background in systems engineering and configuration management.
Familiarity with Defence frameworks and standards (e.g., ASDEFCON).
Ability to manage technical integrity, safety systems, and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and planning skills.
Security clearance eligibility required (NV1 minimum).
