Overview of the Role

The Partnership and Product Manager - Travel plays a pivotal role in shaping both Travel at 60 & Travel Central’s product offerings and strategic alliances. 

This position is responsible for developing compelling travel products, cultivating partnerships with suppliers and affiliates and driving innovation to enhance customer experience and revenue growth. 

As a member of the leadership team you will have input into the future direction of the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the team that negotiates and contracts rates, special offers, allocations, release periods, overrides and  terms and conditions. 

  • Management of travel industry supplier relationships

  • Regular market comparison to compare with competitor product.

  • Focus on sales performance, analysing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue growth opportunities.

  • Maintain an awareness of new travel trends, styles and destinations.

  • Collaborate with all relevant internal teams, including Marketing, content and technology to maximise outcomes for the business.

  • Management of the Product & Contracting Manager & Product Coordinator role/s in order to ensure the team is managed and delivering on key kpis.

Essential Requirements
  • 3+ years of floor management or senior service experience in restaurants, pubs, or hospitality venues

  • RSA certification and experience with liquor service

  • Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure service periods

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

  • Experience with reservation systems and POS technology

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods

  • Physical fitness for extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting


Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in craft brewery, gastropub, or elevated casual dining environments

  • Knowledge of wine and beer service techniques

Customer Shift Supervisor – Airport Environment

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Shift Supervisor to oversee operations across a diverse range of services at Brisbane Airport! 

This is a unique opportunity to lead day-to-day site activities including customer service, operations and day to day duties as supervisor.

Salary: $80,000 - $86,000 + Super

Rotating Roster: (5am-3pm) (3pm-1am) - includes weekends and public hoildays

What you’ll do:
  • Monitor work areas to keep them clean, organized, and properly staffed.
  • Make sure all staff follow safety policies, company standards, and airport rules.
  • Ensure the team works safely and professionally, and report any accidents or misconduct to the Manager.
  • Inspect equipment daily and keep required records.
  • Collect trolleys when needed, either by hand or with equipment.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or near-misses promptly.
  • Suggest improvements to schedules, systems, or procedures.
  • Help find staff to cover unfilled shifts when required.
  • Carry the company phone and respond quickly and politely to customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions) 
  • A confident communicator and relationship builder
  • A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
  • Experience in operations, logistics or customer service environments

About the Role
