The Partnership and Product Manager - Travel plays a pivotal role in shaping both Travel at 60 & Travel Central’s product offerings and strategic alliances.
This position is responsible for developing compelling travel products, cultivating partnerships with suppliers and affiliates and driving innovation to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.
As a member of the leadership team you will have input into the future direction of the broader business.

Overseeing the team that negotiates and contracts rates, special offers, allocations, release periods, overrides and terms and conditions.
Management of travel industry supplier relationships
Regular market comparison to compare with competitor product.
Focus on sales performance, analysing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue growth opportunities.
Maintain an awareness of new travel trends, styles and destinations.
Collaborate with all relevant internal teams, including Marketing, content and technology to maximise outcomes for the business.
Management of the Product & Contracting Manager & Product Coordinator role/s in order to ensure the team is managed and delivering on key kpis.

Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of sales, customer service, internal processes and driving business efficiency across both travel business call centres.
In addition, the role involves working with our internal teams closely to drive strong synergies on business improvements and to play a role in the travel leadership team on strategic planning as well as day-to-day management of back-office functions.
