In your day-to-day role, you’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager, interact with customers, and demonstrate your ability to build strong connections with both guests and team members.

The Candidate
- Our client requires 2+ years experience ina QSR/Fast Casual environment
- Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams is essential - you will need to be confident in your ability to identify and nurture leadership potential to develop your team and promote internal growth.
- As a values driven brand you will live, breathe and embody these values day to day within your restaurant.
- A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels
