Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of a high-volume/QSR/casual dining restaurant.
Drive efficiency and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
Manage, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee rostering, stock control, and cost management to achieve business goals.
Champion workplace culture, leading by example and fostering a positive team environment.
Work closely with senior leaders to learn and apply key business management practices.
