About the Role
We are seeking applications for the casual role of Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is an exciting hands-on supervisory role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our outlets.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead by example - maintaining hygiene and efficiency standards, training staff, managing cash handling and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services that meet customer expectations for value, quality and timeliness.
This is not a 9 to 5 position. It will require the individual to have a high degree of flexibility in their work times, as the majority of shifts are rotated over seven (7) days, predominantly during evenings and weekends.
Food and Beverage Supervisors should be available for a minimum of four (4) shifts per week (including availability from 4:00pm on Wednesdays through to Saturdays due to matinee performances).
In this role you will:
Supervise and directly oversee restaurant, bar and function service, predominantly during evenings (note: this is a hands-on position).
Lead, motivate and coach the Food and Beverage team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage offerings.
Supervise and directly oversee the usage of point-of-sale system and enforce accurate cash handling procedures.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
Maintain clean, organised outlets and function spaces at all times.
Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and reporting of equipment maintenance issues.
