The role will involve:
Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week

Exceeding customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering a warm, outstanding and consistent service
Building and maintaining a world class cocktail list with access to some of the world’s best spirits
We’re looking for a Bartender who:
Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Has knowledge and passion for classic cocktails
Enjoys working independently or as part of small diverse team
Has previous experience working in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar and who understands what’s involved in a beverage operation at this level
Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
