Your new role
We are currently seeking experienced ROM Loader Operators for a key mining operation in Far North QLD. This is a FIFO role from Cairns only, working on a 2/2 roster with both day and night shifts required. You will be responsible for operating loaders in a production environment, contributing to the safe and efficient movement of materials on site.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
2 weeks on / 1 week off roster covering both day and night shifts

About The Job:
2/1 roster including days and nights
Carry out diagnostics, fault finding, and breakdown repairs on heavy earthmoving machinery equipment including loader, graders, excavators and more
Conduct scheduled servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on fleet vehicles including prime movers, side tippers and trailers
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, and environmental standards
Maintain a clean and organized workshop and promote safe work practices at all times
What We Need:
Australian Recognized Trade Certificate
Manual Driver's License
Forklift Ticket (Highly desirable)
Previous experience working on mobile plant and road trains

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be:
Carrying out repairs, preventative, routine, breakdown maintenance on mobile fleet.
Trouble shooting & diagnosing equipment faults.
