We are chasing an Experienced Environmental Field Teacher for a hard rock mine site!
Your new company
Our The client is the owner and operator of a hard rock mining site based in North West Queensland.
Your new role
We're on the lookout for skilled Environmental Field Technicians to support site operations. This role operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with meals and accommodation provided during your swing. Commute options include FIFO from Townsville or DIDO from Mount Isa.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience conducting environmental fieldwork in mining environments
- Practical experience with environmental sampling (or otherwise)
- Depositional dust fall gauge sampling
- Real-time air quality monitoring
- Soil and sediment collection and analysis
- Surface water and groundwater sampling
- Wastewater sampling and assessment
- Holds relevant technical field qualifications (e.g., TAFE or equivalent)
- Environmental Science qualification (desirable not essential)
