About the Role:
Our client is one of Australia’s largest property companies! They are recruiting across multiple Sydney locations for Building Managers to cover a range of contracts including short-term leave (Christmas/New Year) and longer-term assignments with potential for permanency.
These roles are ideal for professionals with a background in residential or commercial facilities management, looking to stay active in the market or secure their next long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Daily building operations including inspections and contractor supervision
- Manage and respond to resident or tenant queries and complaints
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers
- Ensure compliance with WHS and building regulations
- Report writing and incident management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Building Manager in residential
- Solid understanding of building systems and contractor management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
