What You’ll Do:
Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inspections to maintenance.
Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.
Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, always upholding industry best practices.
Handle arrears management efficiently, keeping owners informed and satisfied.
Attend and prepare for VCAT when required, representing our clients professionally.
Stay ahead of industry trends, legislation changes, and property management innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
Agent Representative Certificate (essential).
Minimum 6 months’ experience in property management or similar.
Deep knowledge of tenancy laws and property management best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in property management software and databases.
Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
