Step through our pink doors into the whimsical world of Peter Alexander as Co-Manager at our Birkenhead store! You’ll be a key player in driving sales, supporting the other store manager and your team’s growth, and making sure every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a dream. The Retail Operations Consultant is integral to the success to The Lottery Corporation's Channel team.
The role provides dedicated support to over 300 retail outlets, providing support (predominantly via phone and email) that allows them to focus on growing sales from The Lottery Corporation products and services, and improve the viability of their overall business.

About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant at Bonney Energy, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Ampol Warrnambool West service station. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience. The Customer Service Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our retail business.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately processing customer transactions, including cash handling, card payments, and refunds
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the retail site
Restocking and replenishing retail products as required
Use food safety standards when preparing, cooking, displaying and disposing of hot/cold food
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure smooth operations
