What you’ll be doing:
Generating quotes and estimates across a wide range of products
Taking and processing customer orders — both over the phone and in person
Assisting customers with product advice and availability
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
Supporting general admin and front counter tasks as needed
Who we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who’s ready to jump in and learn. If you’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working with people, you’ll fit right in! Ideally, you’ll have:
A positive, can-do attitude
Great communication skills, especially over the phone
A strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
The ability to stay organised and multitask in a busy environment
Confidence in problem-solving and working with a team
Experience using Microsoft Office (bonus if you’ve used Pronto!)
