Role’s responsibilities:
Perth Deck Maintenance is a construction and service business offering decking repairs, deck sanding, and timber deck re-coating services to the Greater Perth region. No experience in deck maintenance is required however experience in flooring, floor sanding, carpentry, painting or basic handyman experience would be well received.
Everyday responsibilities might include:
Timber preparation (sinking screws, sanding, washing)
Decking oil application on varying timber structures
Repairing timber boards
Communicating with clients
Traveling between jobs (ute/van preferred)
Workplace safety awareness
Why this role:
As part of the field operator role, you will be required to travel between jobs either individually or as part of a small team to complete the required deck maintenance services.
This role offers flexible work arrangements 5 days per week; however offers part time if requested.
Being part of a growing business, you will be exposed to carpentry, painting, timber preparation, floor preparation and customer service experiance. Additionally, high-performing employees will get management and quoting/sales experience with additional pay increases with performance.
In addition to the base pay you will be part of a team earning a profit share from the business with 30% of all profits paid back on a monthly basis. Full training on our Point of Sale system and cleaning processes is provided.
