What will you be doing?
Lead and manage a team of 15 staff, driving performance and engagement
Oversee daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
Ensure smooth store operations in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
Coach and develop team members, fostering a motivated and high-performing culture
Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards
Who are you?
Experienced in managing retail or outlet teams in a fast-paced environment
Organised, hands-on, and able to keep operations running efficiently under pressure
Strong people management skills and able to motivate a mid-sized team
Confident handling stock, sales analysis, and day-to-day operational challenges
