About the opportunity
The Organisational Capability Partner plays a key role in strengthening leadership and organisational capability across the University.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver development programs that help leaders and teams grow, connect and perform at their best. You’ll lead initiatives that build capability, drive cultural uplift, and support meaningful change from leadership development and professional learning to strategic projects that bring the People Strategy to life.
Working closely with colleagues across People and Wellbeing and with leaders from every part of the University, you’ll curate learning experiences that are practical, engaging and aligned to our broader goals for leadership, capability, and culture.

You are an experienced organisational development or learning professional with a passion for helping people and teams reach their potential. You thrive on translating strategy into action and creating experiences that enable growth and connection.
You’ll also bring:
A background in organisational development, education, human resources, psychology or a related field will be helpful, though equivalent experience is equally valued.
Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $152,033 pro-rata comprising base salary within the range of $114,282 to $129,943 pro-rata plus 17% superannuation.

About the role
Coordinate the delivery of the MD program curriculum for Year 3 and 4 Clinical Years.
Facilitate schools participation in evaluation and ongoing improvement of the MD program curriculum.
Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operational matters of the Clinical Schools, including: academic and administrative staff matters, including adjunct appointments, negotiating contracts and agreements as required, input into operational budgets, stakeholder consultation and liaison, negotiating and coordinating clinical placements, sustained contribution to the professional development of other staff.
Manage the student allocation to Clinical Schools for Years 3 and 4 with the Clinical Placements Coordinator and elective learning period placements.
Coordinate Clinical School participation in quality processes and liaise with relevant health department, Governments, and private jurisdictions.
Provide support in student matters, pastoral care and monitoring academic progress; and facilitating student access to university services.
Chair the Heads of Clinical School Committee, and other committees and working groups.
Ensure significant external engagement with the community and discipline/profession.
Possession of a medical qualification registrable with AHPRA and either: a PhD or a Fellowship of a relevant professional body; and a Masters level qualification in a relevant field with at least 5 years teaching experience in the Higher Education Sector.
Demonstrated leadership experience in medical education, clinical practice and negotiating with health service.
Demonstrated experience with leading and managing teams within complex organisational structures.
Demonstrated experience of a high level of pastoral care to students.
Strong people management, excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to assess priority of tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines in a busy education environment.
Computer literacy with standard office programs and use of relevant digital technology.

About the Role
As our Enrolments & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire enrolment journey for families across all centres. From the first enquiry to the child’s first day, you’ll be the key contact ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
You will coordinate and maintain our CRM system, managing leads generated through direct enquiries, online forms, website tour bookings, and digital marketing channels. You’ll also work closely with our Centre Managers and the Marketing team to ensure accurate data, timely follow-up, and strong communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all new family leads within the enrolments CRM.
Respond promptly and warmly to enquiries, providing information and support to families.
Guide families through the enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries, tours, and enrolments.
Liaise with Centre Managers to confirm availability, waitlists, and enrolment confirmations.
Report regularly on lead conversion rates, churn, trends, and enrolment performance.
Proactively review, tailor, and enhance the enrolment and communication journey, making data-informed recommendations and adjustments to continuously improve the family experience.
Essential skills and attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with childcare CRMs highly regarded).
A positive, friendly, and professional manner.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in customer service, sales, or enrolments (preferably in education or early learning).
Experience in Kidsoft and Line Leader highly regarded, but not essential

Catering for 27 children between the ages of 0 - 3 years, KiDZSPOT Dilga is a niche baby and junior toddler centre. The Centre has 100% occupancy and enjoys an excellent reputuation within the local community.
The roles main responsibility is to ensure the continuity of service to our children, staff and families. Working closely with the Director, Erskine Park, the CM will oversee the day to day operation of processes, people and resources. The position is office based with some floor time depending on the centre's needs.
