About the Role
As our Enrolments & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire enrolment journey for families across all centres. From the first enquiry to the child’s first day, you’ll be the key contact ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
You will coordinate and maintain our CRM system, managing leads generated through direct enquiries, online forms, website tour bookings, and digital marketing channels. You’ll also work closely with our Centre Managers and the Marketing team to ensure accurate data, timely follow-up, and strong communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all new family leads within the enrolments CRM.
Respond promptly and warmly to enquiries, providing information and support to families.
Guide families through the enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries, tours, and enrolments.
Liaise with Centre Managers to confirm availability, waitlists, and enrolment confirmations.
Report regularly on lead conversion rates, churn, trends, and enrolment performance.
Proactively review, tailor, and enhance the enrolment and communication journey, making data-informed recommendations and adjustments to continuously improve the family experience.
Essential skills and attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with childcare CRMs highly regarded).
A positive, friendly, and professional manner.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in customer service, sales, or enrolments (preferably in education or early learning).
Experience in Kidsoft and Line Leader highly regarded, but not essential
