YOUR NEW ROLE
Catering for 27 children between the ages of 0 - 3 years, KiDZSPOT Dilga is a niche baby and junior toddler centre. The Centre has 100% occupancy and enjoys an excellent reputuation within the local community.
The roles main responsibility is to ensure the continuity of service to our children, staff and families. Working closely with the Director, Erskine Park, the CM will oversee the day to day operation of processes, people and resources. The position is office based with some floor time depending on the centre's needs.
Your main areas of responsibility:
people management
planning and allocation of resources
the education program
ratios
parent support and assistance
policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE
a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role in a long day care centre managing at least 6+ full-time educators
all other mandatory qualifications, including First Aid, Working with Children etc.
