Your responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Projects
- Support the delivery of digital and offline campaigns in line with the annual marketing plan
- Liaise with the UK marketing team and internal sales teams to localise and tailor content
- Coordinate trade events, internal events and marketing collateral for launches or campaigns
- Plan, write, schedule and track social media content (LinkedIn focus)
- Create eDMs and landing pages using Marketo and Kentico (training provided)
- Update the website and track engagement across platforms
- Review campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide strategy
- Maintain accurate records and report on lead generation performance
- Use tools like Monday.com and Hootsuite to manage workflows
- Organise, pack and send out samples and manage sample-related leads in the CRM
- Collaborate with the internal and UK-based team to deliver consistent brand messaging

You are...
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
- Relevant degree or qualification in marketing, comms or a related field (TAFE or Uni)
- Hands-on skills in content writing, scheduling and social media management
- Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Marketo, Hootsuite, Creatio or similar
- Strong attention to detail and great time management skills
- A positive, proactive and collaborative mindset
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and isn’t afraid to pitch in
