The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative Operations team in our purpose-built distribution centre in Gepps Cross, Adelaide. In this role, you will be working in a fast- paced operations environment, this will be a busy and exciting role where you will provide a high level of phone- based customer service and operational support to all our customer’s stores.

Day to day you will:
Provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Be responsible for receipt and amend customer orders into the system
Advise customers of changes in item numbers and products as well as out of stock items
Have a clear understanding of ongoing promotions and promotional products and advice customers of any order/inventory level changes accordingly
Liaise with warehouse and transport departments to process additional orders
Be responsible for complaint handling and resolution and also ensuring credits are processed in a timely manner
Maintain the master file
About You:
Be a self-starter who can manage your own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to problem solve and develop solutions
