The Opportunity:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up service enquiries and book estimates (no cold calling)

  • Maintaining and assisting with the service schedule

  • Supporting our sales team with bookings and customer information

  • Ensuring accurate notes, data entry, and record keeping across systems

  • Taking initiative to solve customer issues and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a busy customer service environment

  • Excellent data entry accuracy and exceptional attention to detail

  • Great communication skills, written, verbal, and phone

  • A proactive problem-solver who loves helping customers

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Experience using service & ticketing systems is highly advantageous

  • HVAC/Heating and cooling or trades background is preferred but not essential
